The ATI mobility radeon 7500 graphics card has many issues although it dose matter what os you are using. as for an example i'm running windows XP home edition with it and i have managed to nail down what is causing the problem of video errors how ever there is a draw back to modifying this cards running functions. the first is that in order to hook up you PC to a TV or desk top monitor you need the running process ati2evxx. if don't need it you can delet it or you can use a process manager like the one provided with Glary utilites.
